Terms and Conditions
1. Client is responsible for checking suitability of equipment.
2.This agreement is personal to the client and may not be assigned, transferred or disposed of to any other party.
3. Any faults, loss or damage incurred to the equipment during the rental period must be reported by the client to Imagezone New Zealand Limited immediately.
4. Client guarantees Imagezone New Zealand Limited reasonable access to the rented equipment.
5. Imagezone New Zealand Limited may terminate the Rental Agreement in the event of danger or damage to the equipment, non payment or insolvency of customer.
6. Minimum hire is $55.00 excluding insurance and GST.
7. Prices may change without notice and are GST exclusive unless previously agreed to between Imagezone New Zealand Limited and the client (in this case the client     is to supply a purchase order for the agreed amount).
8. Payment is due when the hire commences and is to be paid in full upon return of the equipment, or the 20th of the following month.
9. Hire period commences when the equipment is collected or dispatched for delivery and continues until the equipment is returned.
10. The client is responsible for the insurance of the product during the period of rental. Equipment is to be insured for loss or damage at replacement value by client.
11. Imagezone New Zealand Limited accepts no responsibility for loss or damage arising from rental.
12. During the rental period, should any of the rented equipment incur damage or befall a fault, the client is liable to pay for the repair and/or replacement of the item(s).
13. Commencement of the hire confirms acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
14. Note : 10% penalty fee applys to late payments. Refer to your Inv for details.
